About the book club:
What our educators thought
“It was a good book to share with the pupils, having read it before the pupils did. I liked the elements of the surprise that the author managed to capture. I thought the pupils might find it a challenge as it was set in the 1780’s but as it brought (true) events to the light they found it engaging. I liked the style of the puzzle which was solved at the end, once the book was read. In the book club we did hot-seating, predictions and role-play.”
